Content Child

Programmes aim at:

Primary School Year 5 – Year 6
Lower secondary school Year 7 – Year 9
Higher secondary school Year 10 – Year 11

Unlike many wellbeing programmes, Content Child programme is very flexible in delivery being mindful of the time constraints in schools. It is delivered sequentially; building on the skills and knowledge taught the previous years. However, each year group can be taught as a stand-alone, but research is pointing out that delivering the programme year after year creates consistency.

The program uses an integrated approach and aims to facilitate learning through application, reflection, group activities.
